A woman recently divorced was facing foreclosure. Her home required work. We took over her payments for a few months, made the repairs, and put it on the market. Within in a few weeks, her house was sold. We saved her credit. We were paid back for our expenses as well as a fee for our time and effort.
A couple went on a month’s vacation. While they were away, a tree fell on their roof during a heavy storm…their house and belongings were flooded and mold grew…insurance paid for some, but heartbroken they lacked the funds to make repairs. The house was bought "as is" so they could move on.
