Situations like…
A woman who had been living in the same home for 45 years, needed to move into a care facility. To qualify for benefits, her house had to be sold quickly. Outdated and filled with her belongings, her children moved valued items out leaving the remainder. The house was bought “as is” leaving the balance of her belongings in place and she was able to provide the care she deserved.
A couple went on a month’s vacation. While they were away, a tree fell on their roof during a heavy storm…their house and belongings were flooded and mold grew…insurance paid for some, but heartbroken they lacked the funds to make repairs. The house was bought "as is" so they could move on.
A gentleman started a major renovation project, was transferred out of the area and had to leave immediately with the project incomplete. We worked out a plan where the project was finished, property sold and profits divided..
